Shipping Policy

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

McLaren Woodcraft sets shipping rates at a flat rate for some items, in other instances shipping rates are set by the courier and are determined by weight and volume of the order and the customer’s address. 

All orders are usually processed within the time stated in the product description. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. 

We are not responsible for any damage or delays that occur with your package, once it is with the courier. If there is damage to your order upon delivery, please contact us so we can advise you on filing a claim or processing a refund for you. There will be no refunds due to lost packages, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, or any other courier incidents. Please allow extra time for delivery, especially during peak seasons such as holidays, labour disputes or public safety events. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may be based on the customer's shipping address and the package weight of the order. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. For light items such as but not limited to ornaments that are mailed via letter mail there will be no tracking number. McLaren Woodcraft is not responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes applied to your order for shipping fees. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We currently only ship within Canada.
